Consultancy
Kalliopi's Consultancy service offers full time or interim management support. We can provide strategic partners with assistance in the design and structure of a programme's investment; the development of the governance framework for partnership delivery; the planning and managing of the programme's commissioning process; assistance in the design and implementation of sound management and controls of programme's operations; and carry out formative and summative evaluations.
For our operational partners we can be there to support you at all stages of the project's delivery providing the support as you need it; helping you plan and schedule activities from contract start to close making sure all elements of a publicly-funded project are covered. Helping you reduce risk of non-delivery and repayments.
Help Desk
Kalliopi's Help Desk service provides one-off support when it's needed. We can be there to advise and guide when problems arise. As a result of our combined experiences we are able to quickly review situations and recommend effective solutions.
In-Company Training
Kalliopi's In-company Training service brings customised training solutions to you. We specialise in short courses covering topics relevant to the public funded programmes, including European Funding. We also deliver generic topics of programme and project management, evaluation and team building but within the context of regeneration and skills making the subjects more accessible and meaningful to programme and project staff.
